The former Noordman Timber Yard’s drying shed along the Old Rhine in Leiden has been transformed into restaurant Woods. After a complete restoration, which preserved as many of the historical details as possible, guests can now enjoy top level dishes in a relaxed and stylish ambiance at this unique location on the water - which can also be visited by boat. Restaurant WOODS works with biological products whenever possible, out of respect for both people and animals. Woods prepares a new menu with seasonal dishes every week; everything that’s at its very best at that moment in time.
