The colour says it all. Burgundy everywhere ? the walls, the upholstered chairs, the chair cushions and sunshades outside are all Burgundy red. There are also stylish decorative features such as the chandeliers and the black and white photographs. The magnificent dining room is popular with hotel residents, gourmets and connoisseurs. The staff are friendly. The menu offers a selection of dishes including pumpkin and orange soup served with scallops and salmon fillet with a pommery mustard crust.
