The Palace is a lifestyle restaurant at the heart of Biel. You can sample a rich variety of excellent cuisine in two different settings (a brasserie and a restaurant). The restaurant offers Italian style gourmet and business meals, while the brasserie offers meals with mainly European and some Asian flavours. The Palace feels like an exclusive club and organises regular events, such as wine tasting, musical evenings, an oldies party, golfer’s brunches and roulette dinners - adding variety to the culinary and cultural programme. From Wednesday to Saturday the restaurant also offers a Chinese fondue with various types of meat - in addition to the standard menu. There a large, covered terrace and an aperitif bar adjoining the restaurant which can accommodate 80 diners.
