A restaurant which goes back to basics - The Fitschen am Dorfteich in Wenningstedt is painted all in white, with blue chairs and benches. After having a drink at the bar, have a look at the menu which has a rich variety of local delicacies expertly prepared by the chef Manfred Fitschen. The menu is complemented by a number of Swabian dishes and up-to-the-minute tips. In sunny weather, sit out on a beach chair or enjoy the marvellous views over the village pond and the mudflats.
