Restaurant Coba, Stockholm was started up in June 2013 by Leija & Jonathan Graf. Jonathan has always been interested in food and got stuck early for Mexican cuisine. Inspiration came both from travel to Mexico and trips to Los Angeles and California. Jonathan was equally disappointed every time he came back to Sweden and found that it was impossible to get hold of this lovely Mexican food at home. Jonathan made the dream a reality and opened the Restaurang Coba. At Coba emphasis is put on fresh and carefully selected ingredients in food as well as in the drinks. Here you can enjoy, for example, an Agave Gingerita and a lobster taco. Mexican meets modern at Coba.
