The philosophy in Pasta e Basta’s kitchen is fresh, healthy and high quality. The dishes contain little cholesterol as no animal or trans fats are used. However, Pasta e Basta’s chefs do use plenty of fish, free range meat and good olive oil. The pasta dishes are freshly made and the restaurant’s wine list has also won prizes, in addition to having an excellent price/quality relationship. The serving staff are fantastic hosts and hostesses, plus they can also sing a tune and will happily do so for their dining guests. The restaurant is situated at Nieuwe Spiegelstraat 8 and is therefore also very easily accessible by boat.
