With its clean lines, clever lighting and Scandinavian design, Pappa Sven and its Swedish owner offer authentic and original Swedish food and drink.

The restaurant is located in the modernist and intriguing Eixample district in Barcelona, outside the medieval walls of the old city.

The menu includes various culinary treasures from this part of Scandinavia such as mini meatballs (Köttbullar), which are a speciality of the restaurant, as well as a range of different flavoured herring dishes.

In the evening the restaurant has a warm and cosy feel, ideal for couples and groups of friends. Pappa Sven is unique in this Catalan city and even boasts a little shop selling Swedish treats that make an ideal souvenir.
