Working alongside small-scale producers that supply quality ingredients, the restaurant offers the delicious taste of pure Norwegian food, while an ever-changing menu and modern combinations ensure a touch of creativity. The wine list is varied, with something for every taste and wallet. The interior and colours in the main restaurant retain the style of the building when it was established in around 1925.
