Nørrebro Bryghus is a microbrewery that sells its products directly and also serves them to customers on-site in a combined brewery and restaurant in Ryesgade, near Sankt Hans Square and Nørrebrogade. Nørrebro Bryghus takes its inspiration from both classic brewing tradition, and the “wild new” brewers in the U.S. - everything goes as long as the result is outstanding! The kitchen is casual but upmarket brasserie-style, with Nordic inspiration and extensive use of quality Danish produce. The menu consists of dishes that work well with beer, which is also often a key ingredient in the dishes themselves. Nørrebro Bryghus is located in an old red brick factory building dating from 1857, and is a unique Copenhagen experience.
