Overlooking award-winning gardens, the restaurant also makes use of the hotel’s own vegetable patch and herb garden. Executive Head Chef Phil Dixon and his team create time-honoured British dishes with a contemporary twist, all complemented by the extensive wine list. A traditional afternoon tea is served daily in the lounges or in the summer months al fresco on the terraces offering homemade scones, finger sandwiches and homemade cakes and pastries, served alongside cafetiere Coffee and Metrodeco fine loose leaf tea.
