Gretas Kök in Stockholm strives to serve elegant yet unpretentious food. The restaurant’s interior, decorated with artworks, is sober but relaxing. The menu’s temptations include tenderized entrecote with side dishes of the day; brisket of beef with mashed root vegetables and hot mustard; flounder with prawns and horseradish; and club sandwich with duck liver, brioche and onion rings. On Sundays, Greta’s Kök serves brunch with American bagels as a speciality.
