Small and special, the Malkasten Restaurant focuses on fusion cooking, insisting on the use of seasonal produce and then preparing these with national and international recipes, to ensure that fresh and delicious cuisine is served every time. The restaurant has been located in the home of the Art Society since 1995 and the interior design shows off this artistic connection, with a large amount of black to further emphasise the other colours. The visual effect is just as minimalist and as focused on the essentials as the cooking is. At lunchtime, you can choose from a special lunch menu which changes weekly and brunch is served on Sundays and public holidays from 10:30, but you will need to book in good time!
