Run by Simon Rimmer, Liberty Tavern pays homage to the timeless traditions of American cuisine, from the barbecues of the Deep South to the Italian-influenced cuisine of New York. Despite the authenticity of the American dishes, all food is sourced from local suppliers. Cocktails and craft beers add to the laidback but sophisticated feel, and can be enjoyed in the contemporary dining room, at the bar, or in the yard. Liberty Tavern in Woolton also hosts regular live music events.
