| French Restaurant  Located in the heart of the village of Biot, the Le Jarrier restaurant oozes sunny Provence with its excellent cuisine. Local artists have taken care of the dĂ©cor which is mostly Provencal red and the large bay windows and huge terrace offer a peaceful space in which to enjoy the view over the garden. Chef Laurent Broussier arrived at Le Jarrier in April 2009 having previously worked in Parisian restaurant Le Fouquet’s and the very select Maeterlinck Palace. Taking influence from Jacques Maximin with whom Broussier has worked for many years, the menu is full of the flavours of Provence. Enjoy confit of aubergine with Provencal flavours, John Dory and mushroom risotto or fillet of lamb with artichokes and spices. Finish off with a summer truffle pannacotta or one of the pĂ tissier’s very own concoctions.
