After the resounding success of Le Rajasthan in Cap d’Adge, opened by four friends with a passion for gourmet Indian cuisine, a second Le Rajasthan was opened in Montpellier in the rue de Vallat. A convivial restaurant, the décor is reminiscent of a 17th century palace with both the principle dining room as well as the small more intimate dining room boasting furnishings originating from a region of India rich in tradition. Starters include samosas and onion bhajees and are followed by dishes such as chicken curry cooked on the tandoori or lamb with spinach (sag ghost). Side dishes range from aubergine bhajees, Indian cereals and basmati rice to complete a rich choice of Indian delicacies.
