The Landgasthof Brüers in Hatten-Munderloh is situated in the northern corner of the nature reserve Wildeshauser Geest.

Near to Oldenburg, you will find good German cuisine. The house special is “matie” (young herring) in numerous forms, but also fish and meat specialities caught themselves and smoked in beech wood.

In the Landgasthof Brüers, you are able to enjoy all of the culinary delights from each season in the year to the full. A particular highlight is the new regional cuisine which is the talk of the local area, and is sourced from the very same place in the local farmland. Not only are wild animals and birds sourced directly from the surrounding area, butl great importance is also placed on the homemade sauces, which are made solely from natural locally sourced produce. All dishes are completely free of additives and preservatives.
