Ruta del Veleta is on the old Sierra Nevada highway in the Granada town of Cenes de la Vega. The restaurant, which has an Andalusian rustic style, offers traditional Andalusian food with original and creative touches, based on first class seasonal ingredients. The wine list is long and dominated by Spanish wines, while the menu features dishes such as hake cheeks in salsa verde with prawns, or Mozarabic-style loin of wild boar with pumpkin marmalade.
