La Bastide d’Opio is in the famous district of Saint Germain des Près. The restaurant is provençal with an emphasis on light healthy food. You can almost smell the lavendar fields of Provence and hear the crickets without ever having to leave Paris. All the dishes are cooked using traditional provençal methods with olive oil and the freshest of produce. Why not try the lamb crumble with lime and tomato accompagnied by one of the many fine wines on the wine list or the sea bass grilled with sesame seeds.
