The KeltenFürst which is in Ditzingen near Stuttgart is a Celtic-style restaurant that brews its own beer. It serves 7 different varieties including alcohol-free brews. The beer is unique, cloudy and very palatable - and you can only get it here. On the menu is an appealing selection of dishes such as Wurstsalat (a sausage salad), “Braumeister” schnitzel, Argentinean steaks and Etruscan Flammkuchen (a type of tart). The homemade stone-oven baked pizzas are a big favourite with the clientele. The dishes are prepared using only fresh ingredients and the same, of course, goes for the beer.
