Leave the boots off and rest your feet with a drink by the fireplace or share a rustic dinner with good friends. Granens menu has an ever changing selection, with dishes like slow-cooked pork with lettuce, sour cream and brown butter to pasta bolognese with rocket and parmesan. Hotel Granen also hosts a sumptuous Christmas buffet with a variety of options such as spicy fried hjortinnanlår with västerbotten potatoes. The drinks menu consists of a wide range of wines, cocktails, beers and non-alcoholic options. Mountain restaurant Granen on Tottvägen 127 has a cosy ambience in warm hues. Åre station is within easy walking distance and just next to the hotel are several popular ski slopes. It is also easy to get here by car via the Trondheim route.
