The Rose in Bietigheim-Bissingen is a hotel and restaurant serving cuisine from southern Germany. It prepares food using only fresh natural ingredients. Traditional dishes are given a contemporary touch but retain their distinctiveness and individuality. Diners will be treated to Swabian specialities such as hand-scraped spaetzle as well as a selection of haute cuisine. The main restaurant which has cherry wood panelled walls, the Combéstube and the Wappenzimmer provide a relaxed and comfortable setting. The Rose is situated between Stuttgart, Ludwigsburg and Heilbronn and is easy to get to by car or train. The train station at Bietigheim-Ellental is a 10 minute walk from the restaurant.
