He and his team use only the highest quality fresh produce of the season. The menu proves itself in many ways, with dishes like home-made Swabian pockets (pasta squares filled with meat and spinach) in beer and garlic sauce, Allgäu fried beef and onions in gravy on regional speciality herb pasta and fine vegetables, baked monkfish medallions in saffron sauce, garnished with vegetables and trout caviar, or apple-marzipan-squares filled with vanilla-fruit surprise made from vanilla ice-cream and fresh fruits. The Hotel-Restaurant Adler is always ready and prepared to offer its guests various menu options of exceptional Gourmet standard every time. The small, yet elegant bar Adlerhorst with a sociable ambiance is a comfortable and cosy place to enjoy a relaxing end to the day, where drinks and cocktails are created exactly to the guest’s specifications. In the summer months the Adler service-team welcome the guests on the large sun-terrace directly situated in the pedestrian zone with the same attention to detail and quality as the kitchen staff.
