The Hopfenschlingel is situated on Sedanplatz in the middle of Pforzheim. It brews own beer according to a good, old brewing tradition and the chefs serve a good selection of dishes such as Maultaschen (Swabian ravioli) prepared using locally sourced ingredients. The chefs are members of the slow food association and therefore every effort is made to ensure that only the best local ingredients are used. Good, clean and fair - fast service and good value is the name of the game.
