Vegetarian Restaurant

Ever since it opened, Hermitage has been famous for its delicious home baked bread, which is served with all dishes. The menu is vegetarian and varies according to the season. Occasionally, dishes inspired by foreign cuisine are served, such as African, Indian or Mexican casseroles. The kitchen prefers to use organic ingredients, with up to 70% of the vegetables organically produced on the island of Gotland. Anyonewith lactose or gluten allergies will be delighted that there are a number of lactose- and gluten-free alternatives.
