The Gutshotel Groß Breesen boasts a stylish restaurant in an historic bolt hole, which stands by its motto: Food experience for the body and soul ? enjoy with all your senses. The first ever Bücherhotel (book hotel) in Germany prides itself on its individuality and warm welcome. Cooked food is made from fresh ingredients, and the well- balanced menu comes with personal recommendations from head Chef Adrian Schwandt. Take a stroll through the culinary world and let yourself become enchanted by the aromas and fascinating tastes, such as: deer roasted in juniper berry sauce with wild mushrooms in a cream, finished off with bread dumplings and red cabbage with apple; baked green-shelled muscles with Gorgonzola sauce and fennel-orange salad; or baked ice-cream in a coconut and almond oil fruit jus and fresh fruits. For an exciting change there are various events on offer throughout the whole year - such as cooking demonstrations, Whiskey seminars, or wine tasting.
