The surrounds at Görvälns Slott will assure you of a pleasant stay. You can even feel the warmth in our kitchen. The views of the fields and water are inspirational for us while creating the menus, preparing the meals as well as baking. Our head chef, Robert Hedman, blends traditional ingredients with a blast of fresh ideas. Robert will also make sure that you are always treated to our freshly baked bread and baked goods in our restaurant. Last but not least, our sommelier Bengt Norrbo will make sure your beverages are a perfect match with the different foods, to ensure you of a totally pleasurable dining experience. You will be dining in one of the palaces 3 lovely dining rooms. Beside our distinguished Hall of Mirrors, you will find the Green, Pink and Yellow salons. This is where you will enjoy coffee and maybe a praline and cognac after a good dinner, or just relax and read through a magazine after a nice dinner. Age limit 8 years.
