Situated on Shudehill, on the fringe of Manchester’s trendy Northern Quarter, The Glasshouse is housed within the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The key focus is on classic flavours and contemporary ideas, with a passion for local produce in the menus to create new, exciting dishes. The restaurant works closely with quality suppliers to generate traditional and regional signature dishes, with favourites like crispy Cheshire pork belly with apple mash or slow cooked Lancashire beef fillet with a gorgonzola fritter. Other favourites include whole sea bass with saffron mash and sauce vierge, tasty seafood risotto or confit duck leg with a croquette and prune dressing.

Situated on the mezzanine level directly above the Glasshouse Restaurant & Bar, Glasshouse also has a private dining room that can accommodate up to 18 people with wide glass windows and an intimate atmosphere, making it ideal for business or social events.
