Contrasting with the simplicity and richness of the dishes, the sultry, clean-cut dining room pays homage to its meat-focused menu, decked out in smooth leather and spotted cow hide. A 150-strong wine list celebrates Argentina’s unrivalled growing regions and includes some supreme rare bottles, while the cocktail list takes inspiration from Buenos Aires culture from 1930 through to 1960.
