The Gasthaus zum Goldenen Kreuz is a popular venue with people of all ages. The building is old, the flower arrangements in the windows are beautiful and the tables and benches are rustic. On Sundays the tables are covered in white tablecloths. Tourists and locals sit out on the terrace in the summer - under cover or in the open air. The restaurant serves good hearty cuisine such as schnitzel or Italian food such as pizza. Does a glass of wine take your fancy? There is an excellent selection of wine on offer. There is also a bowling alley to cater for the more sporty guests. The staff are friendly and helpful.
