Set in a 19th-century manor house, The Manor Restaurant at Foxhills offers a seasonal menu, which aims to provide a balance from the simple, to the sublime. Executive chef Alan O’Kane selects only the finest produce and adopts a creative approach to every dish. From the moment the selection of home-baked breads and hand-churned butters arrive at the table, you will know you are in for a treat. Choose from the market menu or seasonal menu, lunch or dinner. (Lunch is not served on Saturday, and a Sunday features a special lunch menu.) Then once you have agonised over which mouth-watering dish has captured your imagination, all that is left to do is agree on a wine from a choice of over one hundred and fifty stored in the cellar.
