Upon entering Fleming’s Restaurant, you can feel a sense of stepping into not only a different culture, but a different period of time altogether. This feeling resonates from the colonial Latin American-style decor, with its dark wood and white walls, and tempts you towards the centre piece of the red show kitchen, in which the restaurant’s multinational repertoire is celebrated. This includes fresh seafood from the grill and juicy meat of first rate quality and in good sized portions. To complement this, there is a range of wines in stock from home and abroad. Breakfast is served in the Bistrobar at the weekend from 06:00 or 06:30, whilst private dining can be arranged with views over the Frankfurt skyline or in the Conservatory Suite. Events of all kinds can also be accommodated.
