Fondazione Italiana Alimentari Totale (FIAT for short) is a modern Italian-inspired restaurant located on Kongens Nytorv in central Copenhagen. The restaurant takes its inspiration from New York-style new Italian restaurants, and the owner’s favorite restaurant in Tuscany. FIAT’s ambition is to offer a bit of everything - pizzas that are a culinary experience in themselves, pasta in simple and advanced versions, and new Italian favourites. The wine list has a extensive selection of wines from all of Italy, many of them available by the glass. FIAT is spread over two floors and have a beautiful patio garden and a wine cellar where you can enjoy a glass of wine before dinner.
