For over the 20 years that Estragon has been open, it has offered its guests fine and innovative food with a Mediterranean touch, where fish dishes are naturally of major importance. This small, yet splendid restaurant lies in the heart of Frankfurt’s town centre, in close proximity to the Eschenheimer Tower. With a truly beautiful ambience throughout, the restaurant has a mixture of antique and modern furniture, offering 30 places in the intimate dining room and 8 in the summer garden. The bright colours displayed in the restaurant are reminiscent of the Mediterranean, which served to inspire the chefs when it comes to the cuisine they skilfully prepare.
