Dips “n Sticks, next to Schmidt’s Tivoli theatre, offers a whole new take on food. This is where Germany’s first finger food restaurant has opened its doors. In many cultures eating without cutlery is part of the local custom and so it’s no surprise that the team of chefs led by Head Chef Thorsten Rössing has scoured the world for tasty delicacies - the perfect finger food!
