Det Gamle Mejeri (The Old Dairy) is located, as the name suggests, in a former dairy building in the village of Mårslet, south of Aarhus. Lunch is thoroughly Danish, and offers traditional dishes like fried herring, stjerneskud and pariserbøf. The evening menu offers classic French cuisine, either a la carte or as a 2- to 6-course set menu. The well-stocked wine list offers a great choice of wines, while guests can also choose from set wine menus to match their dinner menu of choice. Everything is prepared using the best locally sourced and seasonally available produce.
