Enjoying some delicious pure food in a cosy country village with respect for nature. De Peppelen has been a member of Euro Toques since January 1996. This is a fellowship of European chefs, whereby the linked in chefs together endorse the Code of Honour. This includes the promise to always work with the best and freshest ingredients and products, preferably from the own region. They also make use of the fish guide, ensuring endangered fish species don’t end up on their guests’ plates. De Peppelen is mainly a cooking studio which welcomes groups of people from 10 to 100. A random selection from the versatile supply, Surinam, Tapas, picnic, high tea, Japanese, Maashorst, Italian, cakes and bonbons. Team building courses are also very popular here.
