Agua Dulce restaurant in New York City serves a Pan-Latin menu showcasing cuisine from every Latin region including the Caribbean, Central and South America.

Designed by Peter Sibilia and Damien Vizuete, Agua Dulce’s interior is sunny and chic, transporting diners to the Latin Riviera of the 1950s. The space features multiple dining environments on two floors along with plenty of outdoor dining space. The kitchen is open and airy, where Executive Chef Ulrich A. Sterling demonstrates his expertise in fresh interpretations of classic Latin dishes. Dinner highlights include Salmon Citrus Ceviche, Yellowfin Tuna Tiradito, Smoked Tea Braised Beef Short Rib, and Moqueca Mixta. Agua Dulce also serves its own fresh, filtered and flavour-infused waters by carafe alongside its own charcoal-filtered still and sparkling waters.
