Scottish Restaurant

In a striking Victorian building, The Brasserie on George Square boasts an array of Scottish cuisine. Seasonal Scottish produce is combined with executive head chef Jean-Paul Giraud’s French stamp to create seafood dishes and roasted meats as well as the Scottish favourite, haggis. Large windows allow views over the historic George Square, while creating a bright and vibrant space.
