At the Bocca di Bacco the elegance of Wilhelmine history meets the Italian flair for architecture. The restaurant features a glass-fronted Enoteca designed by Tuscan interior decorator Stefano Viviani. This special wine cellar constructed predominantly from natural stone has a neighbouring dining area with its own unique atmosphere, and has a selection of approximately 500 wines from famous and up-and-coming Italian wineries - notably some absolute rarities from Tuscany and Piedmont - and of course a selection of top-quality wines from other countries. With passion and artistry head chef Loriano Mura and his team prepare classic Italian specialities in a contemporary style: ham from Tuscan wild boars or an octopus carpaccio serve as the overture to mint-filled ravioli or a freshly-made spaghetti vongole.
