Gothenburg’s Bliss Resto is a popular restaurant and bar which attracts a broad clientele. It serves international gourmet dishes such as: sweetcorn soup; seared coley with root vegetable brandade, grilled fennel compote of tomato and long pepper with a froth of star aniseed; and grilled fillet of venison served with smoked game sausage, terrine of almond potato, parsley root in white sauce, spring roll with onion and cassava and froth of thyme. The kitchen’s delicious blueberry tart with white chocolate ice cream and pannacotta can be recommended for dessert.
