Mixing a passion for the traditional Italian kitchen with a contemporary aesthetic, Bacco is a favourite restaurant and wine bar in Holborn. As well as a sheltered al fresco courtyard for use when weather permits. The wine list features bins from some of Italy’s finest growing regions, while the menu is bursting with fresh, home-cooked dishes, made using ingredients sourced from Italy, as well as British organic producers. Chef Patron Stefano Piscedda brings with him a wealth of experience and love of quality ingredients reflected in every Bacco dish. The food here is focused very much on flavour and texture, with ingredients such as breads and pastas made fresh on-site, while specialty produce is sourced carefully from a variety of suppliers.
