The Alter Hof Vinorant is an historic restaurant in the centre of Munich. Situated between the opera and Marienplatz, the restaurant serves traditional Franconian dishes with modern touches. This includes fingerfood for after work - snacks from the display case served with particular types of wine. The restaurant is also a wine store, offering wine recommendations, wine seminars, presentations given by wine growers - and the annual Franconian wine festival which takes place every summer. It has five bright rooms for family, business and Christmas celebrations. The rooms are suitable for small and large gatherings and can cater for between 30 and 100 people. You can also combine the rooms if you need more space. The restaurant has a lunch menu which changes every day and there are also regular promotions such as candlelit dinners, dining in the dark, the fish special and the Nachtwüchter-Stadtführung - a culinary tour of the city by night.
