In the glamorous dining room, plush charcoal leather seating and strokes of deep purple are offset by original chequered flags from the famous track. Awarded two AA Rosettes for the third year in a row, the predominantly British style menu uses the best sourced produce and combined with modern cooking techniques this delivers simple, honest food. The ethos behind our grill is heritage and quality. The beef is sourced by selecting breeds that come with the traditions of British farming at its heart. The steaks are then carefully cut in house straight off the bone, ensuring the cooking compliments the history.
