The Wheelhouse is a family business that has been serving Great British fish and chips in Dartmouth for over 25 years. Situated just off the river front, they offer quality fish fried in tasty batter, old favourites such as scampi and burgers alongside new ideas such as our popular seafood platter.

They are very proud of our “new look” restaurant and hope you will love it too! They aim to give you great food and drink and great service. They prepare and chip their potatoes fresh every day and aim to source as much as possible from the local area to bring you the best of the South-West.

In addition to their extensive Fish Menu they offer crisp fresh salads including local crab, a choice of well-filled sandwiches, pies and proper Cornish Pasties. They also offer beefburgers, freshly made from the Leigh Family Farm in Devon, with a variety of toppings.

A childrens’ menu is also available as are high chairs and baby-changing facilities.

The Wheelhouse Takeaway offers you all the traditional fish and chip shop family favourites to take home or sit by the beautiful River Dart and enjoy the view.
