In January 2016 Eccleston Square Hotel launched Tapas 37, a clever fusion of authentic French cuisine. The French inspired tapas dishes are created by executive chef, Matt Laville, who trained with Gordon Ramsey, worked with Jason Atherton and at Arzak in San Sebastián (arguably one of the top ten restaurants in the world). Inspired by the desire to share small French family dishes, Matt has taken charming little recipes, like Accras de morue and Beef Bourguignon and have created dishes which are small but explosive in flavour, petite in size yet moreish to the core.
Opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a French inspired Afternoon Tea and brunch during weekends.
