The team of chefs at the Sonnengalerie is passionate about cooking. The restaurant uses locally sourced products whenever possible. For the chefs it is very important that these products have a unique taste. What matters most is the harmony of flavours within individual dishes, the aesthetic appearance of the food and a light and gentle approach to preparing the dishes. Eating should be a pleasure for the senses. The dishes are simple and do not have too many tastes and trimmings - Less is more, as the saying goes.
