Housed in a former blacksmith’s forge in King’s Cross, Smithy’s Restaurant & Wine Bar is a fantastic family-run business and is hugely popular in this part of London. Many of the original features have been maintained at this charming venue and the interior oozes character and history. Stone cobbled flooring, intimate alcoves and dim lighting set the scene.

The menu is modern European in flavour with tasty dishes such as the signature cÃƒ’te de boeuf or the pan-fried salmon with new potatoes, leeks and bouillabaisse sauce. The wine list has been carefully selected and is sure to please any good wine connoisseur and the real ales on tap are always popular.
