Located within the five star Sheraton Hotel, Sheraton Threesixty’s objective is to offer flavours from all over the world. The kitchen strives to prepare well-made dishes inspired by food from all corners of the world. Everyone should be made to feel at home, irrespective of where they come from. On the menu, you’ll find, for example, confit of suckling pig with roasted pumpkin, sweet potatoes and mango and ginger compote; seared turbot with oxtail ragu and risoni with chanterelles and Swedish Västerbotten cheese; Swedish surf & turf (grilled elk and crayfish with root vegetable fries and cranberry-citrus butter); and sweet potato soup with black pudding crisp.
