The historical, Grade II-listed Palace Hotel is the home of the Tempus restaurant in Manchester. The hotel itself is something of a local landmark, boasting a 217-foot clock-tower, which seems appropriate given the Latin name of its restaurant. Inside, Tempus is a stylish mix of dark, glazed tiles and flickering candles, with a seasonal menu offering many locally sourced ingredients.
