Everything is very refined and elegant. The service is fast and efficient. Morsels of white and green asparagus interlayed with salmon and decorated with crocus flower. A variation on the theme comprises slices of pork and elderflower blossom in batter with champagne and white chocolate. The food is very inventive. The wine selection is exquisite.
